Colin O’Reilly received his PhD in Economics from Suffolk University in 2014. Currently he is an Associate Professor of Economics at Creighton University and is the Director of the Menard Family Center for Economic Inquiry. He is also Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Regulatory Economics. Colin’s research focuses on institutions that promote economic development. In addition, he has published on the impacts of regulation on the distribution of income and entrepreneurship. His articles have appeared in peer reviewed journals including Public Choice, Economica, and World Development.
